After hundreds of Quantum Clarity Hypnosis sessions, I noticed something that repeats again and again.
Many problems that look simple on the surface are not simple underneath.
A person may come with anxiety, chronic tiredness, pain, repeating bad luck, relationship patterns, money blocks, grief, or strange heaviness around family. On the surface it may look emotional, psychological, physical, or just “life being difficult.”
But in deep trance, when Higher Self begins to show the deeper layer, the problem often has roots that ordinary thinking would never find.
Sometimes the root is emotional.
Sometimes it comes from another life.
Sometimes a part of the person is still frozen in trauma.
Sometimes there is an attached earthbound spirit.
Sometimes there is a curse, implant, or energetic construct blocking the natural flow of life force.
I do not write this as medical diagnosis. I am not saying people should stop doctors, therapy, medication, or practical help. If you have physical or mental health symptoms, please work also with qualified professionals. What I am sharing here is what I have repeatedly observed inside Quantum Clarity sessions, in the language and framework used by Higher Self.
In my work, these deeper causes usually fall into five groups.
One issue can have one root cause, or several at the same time. Higher Self sees the whole map and knows what needs to be addressed first.
1. Other lives – dark programs and karmic obligations
Sometimes the problem does not begin in this lifetime.
In many sessions, Higher Self shows another life where the person made a vow, created a belief, experienced trauma, or accepted a karmic obligation that is still running now.
The human mind may not remember it, but the deeper system does.
Example: the vow of poverty
One client could not keep money.
Every time they reached a better level financially, something happened. Unexpected expense. Lost opportunity. Bad decision. A delay. A collapse.
On the surface, it looked like bad luck or self-sabotage.
In session, Higher Self took them to another life where they lived as a monk. In that life, poverty was connected with holiness. The person had taken a vow of poverty and believed deeply that having money was spiritually wrong.
That vow did not just disappear when the life ended.
It stayed like a program.
In the current life, part of the person wanted abundance, but another deeper part was still obeying the old vow: “I must not have wealth. Wealth is not spiritual.”
Once the vow was identified, understood, and released with Higher Self, the client reported that money felt different. Not like something dangerous. More like something they were finally allowed to hold.
Example: patterns repeating across lifetimes
In another session, a woman came with a serious physical diagnosis and deep exhaustion. She had done a lot in the ordinary world to help herself, but something inside still felt like it was pulling her down.
Higher Self did not show only this life.
It showed a repeating pattern across several lives: carrying shame, over-giving, suppressing needs, living for others, and never allowing the body to rest.
Inside the session, this pattern appeared as emotional and energetic density in the body. I would not say this replaces a medical explanation. But in the session, Higher Self showed that the body was also carrying old emotional programs that needed to be released.
This is the important point with other lives: the story is not shown for curiosity. It is shown because something from that life is still active now.
The purpose is not entertainment.
The purpose is freedom.
2. Soul fragmentation – trauma causing parts of us to split off
In psychology, something similar is sometimes called ego-states or dissociated parts.
In spiritual language, I call it soul fragmentation.
When something is too painful, too frightening, or too overwhelming, part of the person can split off to survive. It is like a fragment becomes frozen in time, still living inside the old danger.
The adult person continues life.
They work, speak, function, smile, raise children, pay bills.
But part of them is still seven years old, or five years old, or sixteen years old, hiding somewhere in the past.
That missing part still carries fear, shame, grief, rage, or powerlessness. And because it is not fully integrated, the person may feel:
- numb
- disconnected
- not fully here
- overreactive
- tired for no clear reason
- blocked in love, money, or work
- like they know what to do but cannot do it
- like part of their power is missing
Example: the frozen child in the closet
One client said she felt only about 60% of herself.
That was her own wording. Not fully present. Not fully powerful. Always tired. Always holding back. Like something was missing but she could not name what.
In session, Higher Self showed a young child part, about seven years old, hiding in a closet during domestic violence.
That child part had never left the closet.
The body grew up, but that part stayed there. Still terrified. Still waiting for the noise to stop. Still believing danger was present.
With Higher Self’s light, we went to that fragment. We showed her that the danger was over. We cleansed the fear she was holding. We brought her back to the present, back into the adult person.
The client later described feeling “more here.”
That phrase stayed with me.
Not dramatic. Not theatrical. Just more here.
That is often what soul retrieval feels like. Not becoming someone new, but becoming more complete as yourself.
A simple metaphor
Imagine a team at work.
If one team member gets locked in a panic room, the company still runs. Emails go out. Meetings happen. The business continues.
But it runs with less staff, less creativity, more mistakes, and more stress.
Soul retrieval is like opening the door, calming the frightened team member, and bringing them back into the group.
The person becomes less divided inside.
3. Suppressed emotional energies stored in the body
In many sessions, Higher Self shows that emotions are not just thoughts.
They can become energy.
When anger, grief, shame, fear, guilt, or despair is never expressed and never released, it can collect in the body and energy field like density.
Sometimes this density comes from this life.
Sometimes it comes from many lives.
Sometimes it sits in the chest, stomach, throat, back, womb, kidneys, legs, or head.
Again, I do not present this as a medical diagnosis. I am describing what Higher Self shows inside sessions.
Example: anger and shame in the chest
A woman came with a serious diagnosis in the breast area. She had already been working with doctors and doing what she needed to do medically.
In the session, Higher Self showed a large emotional layer in the chest: suppressed anger, shame, over-responsibility, and years of doing everything for everyone else.
She had swallowed her own needs for a very long time.
She was kind to others, but not kind to herself.
Inside the session, the chest area appeared heavy and dark. It was not just sadness. It was years of unspoken truth.
We worked with Higher Self to locate the emotional density, release it, and bring light back into the area.
I am not saying, “anger caused cancer” in a simple medical way. Life and body are more complex than that. What I can say is that, in the session, Higher Self showed that this emotional layer was important and needed to be healed alongside ordinary care.
Example: fear around the kidney area
In several sessions, fear appeared around the kidney area or lower back area.
Not abstract fear.
Very concrete fear.
Fear of being unsafe. Fear of losing everything. Fear of change. Fear of not surviving. Fear that came from childhood, other lives, or repeated stress.
When Higher Self guided the release, clients often felt warmth, pressure, trembling, or light moving through the lower back or abdomen.
The important thing is not to create a rigid rule like “kidneys always mean fear.” I do not like rigid rules.
The important thing is to ask.
Higher Self knows where the emotion is stored and why it is there.
The human mind often guesses.
Higher Self sees.
4. Attached earthbound spirits or dark souls
This is one of the areas people find most strange, but I have seen it too many times to ignore.
Sometimes a person is carrying an attached earthbound spirit.
This does not always look like horror movies. Very often it is quiet.
A lost soul may attach because it is confused, lonely, afraid, addicted, angry, or drawn to familiar energy. Sometimes it does not even understand that the physical life has ended.
The attached spirit may bring emotions, cravings, thoughts, pain patterns, exhaustion, or heaviness that do not fully belong to the living person.
In Quantum Clarity sessions, we do not attack these beings. We do not hate them. We guide them to the Light with compassion, usually with the help of Higher Self, Archangel Michael, Jesus, angels, or beings of Light.
The goal is freedom for both.
Example: Justin and the old man with arthritis
Justin came with strong pain and stiffness in many joints. Hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, wrists. It became worse under stress. Doctors had not found a clear explanation that fully matched what he was experiencing.
In session, Higher Self revealed an attached earthbound spirit: an old man who had lived with severe arthritis before he died.
He was not evil.
He was confused and looking for warmth.
But his old pain pattern seemed to mirror through Justin’s body.
In the language of the session, this attachment appeared connected to the pain and stiffness Justin was carrying. We guided the old man to the Light with compassion and with help from Archangel Michael and Justin’s Higher Self.
After the session, Justin reported that the stiffness and pain began to ease.
Again, this does not mean every case of pain is an attachment. It means this session showed an energetic layer that had not been seen before.
Example: a house built over an old cemetery
A client felt a presence in her home, especially at night. She felt watched. The atmosphere was heavy. She was not comfortable there.
In session, Higher Self showed that the house was above old burial ground. There were lost souls there, including children.
We called Archangel Michael. The image that came was very powerful: a tornado of light lifting the lost souls upward. The earth under the house became calmer.
Afterward, the client reported that the house felt different. Lighter. Quieter. Like the watching presence was gone.
Could someone else explain it differently? Of course.
I am only sharing what happened in the session and what the client reported after.
How attachments can happen
In several sessions, Higher Self explained that attachments can happen when people open spiritual doors without protection or discernment.
Tarot, ouija boards, automatic writing, mediumship, channeling, psychedelics, or intense emotional states can sometimes open the field. These tools are not automatically bad, but the person needs protection, clarity, and intention.
One Higher Self explained it like a radio:
“If you open a radio and do not tune it, you get static. Or you get whatever is closest.”
That is why spiritual hygiene matters.
Protection is not fear.
Protection is wisdom.
5. Black magic, curses, and energetic implants
This is another area many people dismiss until they experience it directly.
In sessions, Higher Self sometimes shows intentional or inherited energetic constructs in the field.
They may appear as:
- cords
- hooks
- wires
- cages
- black smoke
- implants
- metal objects
- symbols
- curses on the bloodline
- energetic barbwire
- dark agreements
- draining devices
Some are placed intentionally by another person.
Some are inherited through family lines.
Some come from other lives.
Some are created through trauma, hatred, jealousy, revenge, or dark spiritual practices.
In the session, they usually block the natural flow of life force. They can create heaviness, fatigue, confusion, bad luck patterns, fear, body pressure, or a feeling that life is being restricted.
Example: Amelia’s legs
Amelia had struggled with her legs for years.
They felt heavy, irritated, and difficult to move. She had a history of surgeries and medication, but the strange heavy feeling remained.
In session, Higher Self showed two layers.
The first layer was physical: substances from previous treatments and surgeries that her body had not fully processed.
The second layer was energetic: old family-line curse energy held in the legs. It appeared like sticky programming, something inherited and carried through the bloodline.
During the clearing, Amelia felt thick sticky liquid leaving her legs.
Higher Self used an ocean image. She was standing in shallow water, supported by angels, while the dark sticky substance drained out into the sea to be transformed by Light.
Then dolphins appeared.
This was not something I planned. It came through her session.
The dolphins pushed gently against her body, almost like they were pumping light into her legs. The dark substance sank away, and her legs filled with bright iridescent light.
After the session, Amelia said: “My legs feel lighter.”
Then came a message from the dolphin consciousness:
“Keep swimming in an ocean full of sharks. You will never be bitten. You are safe.”
For her, that message changed something deep.
The old program was something like: “The world is dangerous. My legs cannot carry me safely.”
The new program became: “I can move through this world. I am protected.”
Example: energetic barbwire
Another client felt constantly drained and constricted, especially around the torso.
In session, Higher Self showed energetic barbwire wrapped around the energy body. It looked like it had been placed there intentionally, by someone with dark intent.
The wire was blocking natural life force flow.
Archangel Michael was called. The barbwire was destroyed and removed with Light.
The client felt an immediate release of pressure in the body and later reported that energy started returning over the following days.
Again, I am not saying every constriction is barbwire. I am saying this is what appeared in that specific session.
How the five groups work together
The most important thing I learned is this:
One issue can have several root causes.
A chronic leg problem may involve emotional fear stored in the tissue, old family-line programming, and a curse-like energetic construct.
A depression may involve childhood soul fragmentation, an attached spirit, and heavy emotional energy from another life.
A repeating money pattern may involve a vow of poverty, guilt from another life, and a family belief that money is dangerous.
A person may think they have one problem, but Higher Self sees a whole network.
That is why the order matters.
Sometimes we cannot remove the main block first because another layer is protecting it.
Sometimes an attached spirit must go to the Light before the emotional wound underneath can release.
Sometimes a child fragment must be retrieved before the person can forgive.
Sometimes the body needs rest and love before deeper spiritual work continues.
Higher Self knows the sequence.
My role is not to guess the whole thing with my conscious mind. My role is to guide the process, ask the right questions, hold the field, and let Higher Self show what is ready.
Why symptoms sometimes return
Sometimes people try to remove only the visible symptom.
They suppress anxiety.
They push through fatigue.
They take pain away for a while.
They cut cords without understanding why the cords were there.
They do protection rituals without finding the open door.
Sometimes this helps for a short time.
But if the deeper root remains, the pattern may return in the same form or in another form.
This is why Quantum Clarity work goes underneath the symptom.
Not because ordinary help is wrong.
Ordinary help can be very important.
But sometimes it is incomplete.
Doctors work with the body.
Therapists work with the mind and emotions.
Quantum Clarity works with the deeper layers shown by Higher Self: other lives, soul fragmentation, suppressed emotional energy, attached spirits, and dark energetic constructs.
These layers can exist together.
The purpose is not fear
I do not share these five groups to make people afraid.
Fear weakens discernment.
The purpose is clarity.
If you understand that a problem can have deeper roots, you stop blaming yourself.
You stop thinking, “Why am I like this?”
You begin to ask a better question:
“What is the real origin of this pattern?”
And when Higher Self shows the origin, healing can happen at the level where the problem began.
Sometimes the answer is simple.
Sometimes it is strange.
Sometimes it is emotional.
Sometimes it is spiritual.
Sometimes it is something the conscious mind would never have imagined.
But again and again, I have seen that the deeper wisdom knows exactly where to go.
Final thoughts
You are not broken.
You as soul in human body are much more than the symptoms, fears, patterns, or heaviness you carry.
Sometimes what feels like “me” is actually an old program.
Sometimes what feels like “my depression” is partly an attachment, a fragment, or an inherited emotional field.
Sometimes what feels like “bad luck” is a deeper energetic pattern asking to be seen.
And sometimes the body is not betraying you. It is trying to show where the wound is.
If something in your life keeps repeating no matter what you try, the root may not be where you have been looking.
It may be in one of these five groups:
- Other lives and karmic programs
- Soul fragmentation
- Suppressed emotional energies
- Attached earthbound spirits or dark souls
- Black magic, curses, and energetic implants
I cannot promise what any one session will show.
But I have seen many people feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves after Higher Self finally revealed what was underneath the visible problem.
The symptom is not always the enemy.
Sometimes it is the doorway.
