This was my first hypnotic trance experience and it was an amazing time for me. I had no big issues going into the process but was just curious why I am so emotional. I tend to be a highly sensitive person and percieve I am an empath in that I feel other’s emotions very strongly. As a little 5 year old I witnessed my mother being beaten up by a neighbor. The neighbors two daugther’s were telling me that everything was going to be alright while my Mom was having her head pounded against the floor. I kept telling them to stop it. From that time I stuttered whenever I was talking to someone in authority. I was able to talk to my mother during my trance. My mother confided that she was being beaten up because of an intimate relationship with one of the lady’s relatives. I was the product of that relationship. My father was out of the house for months at a time and didn’t realize I wasn’t his. I recently had a DNA test that showed I was not the son of who I thought was my father. Knowing the root of my emotionalism will be helpful in my using it to connect with others without it being overwhelming.

I felt awe at seeing the progression of the session… The information I wanted to receive was served in the most exquisite and unforgettable manner. When I imagined writing this review – I imagine many future outcomes – I thought I’d be writing about what I saw, but I leave you with this instead. I found out at least part of the reason for having so much anger. I saw much of it released. i cant describe in words my experience i cam just tell you how my mind went thru so many painful memories but at the same time bueatiful visualizations of my loved ones. It was just going thru a sci-fi movie where you are the main actor. I know i went thru intense crying to overwhelming joy and peace. I feel like something heavy is removed from my body and a sense of peace i have not feel in a long time. Alex’s voice is just so soothing and the way he directs you and guides you thru the hipnossis session is easy. I was nervous about doing this, now i can’t wait for my next session.

I enjoyed connecting with my higher self and going into some past lives to clear trauma from then that is related to this lifetime. I also enjoyed connecting with my guides and Angels.

I am grateful that I was able to find my shadows and erase them with the light. After just one session I found who has my fragments and I think I got them back cause I felt light and vibration and peace and every day after the session I feel more and more powerful being me. I was working with different methods and therapies for past years, but I was missing the light and I think it finally returned to me. If you have confusion about your life or other’s roles in your life, then this may be a way to get some answers. All hypnosis is self hypnosis so you don’t need to worry that Alex is feeding you information. I have ADD so it is slightly difficult to completely relax but he will talk you through it. I had my session two years ago and I’m still noticing events in my life unfolding as a knock-on effect of that day. I wasn’t able to find words for quite some time, as I went straight into several months of integration and rest, which is why it’s taken me so long.
