I can highly recommend the hypnosis sessions with Alex. The structure of the session, where first of all we had a long talk, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. It was easy to see that Alex really wanted to help me, there was no hurry, the session could last as long as needed. From the beginning I felt I could trust him as a person and as professional, and that helped me to enter to the state where I could get answers to my questions. The process continued afterwards as I could listen to the recording of the session. I feel now more connected with my true self and want to continue in this path. Recently, when Alex learned that I had some new health issues, he offered me a second session with the purpose of healing. It was another beautiful and empowering session. The healing session with Alex was such a profound experience, it’s a bit limiting to describe it with just words. As soon as Alex greeted me I immediately felt safe, calm and knew I was exactly where I should be. Before the hypnosis we had a long chat that made me remember some of my “strange” experiences that I was always cautious to share with others. Alex not only fully understood what I was talking about, he also gave me some guidance and shared some of his experiences as well. It was refreshing not having to explain myself and to be understood:) The session itself was incredible, I received more information than I did during another session a few years ago. I experienced such an elevated joy & bliss during one of my memories that it still lingers in me. Yes, the recording worked. And I’m still connecting the dots. One thing is that the discomfort I had on my neck and shoulders isn’t there any more. Before I would move a certain way and it would crack but now it doesn’t and it doesn’t feel tight. Thank you so much for the session. I’m beyond happy that I was able to experience this.

To everyone interested in booking a session with Alex read below.
Firstly, I got in touch with him through a friend who is in a spiritual local Facebook group and on the same day we schedule a videocall to discuss details, location and costs. I was visiting Tenerife this February 2022 from London and couldn’t let this wonderful opportunity slip.
The day came, I was staying at a hotel 1hr away from Alex, but he drove over an hour, and an hour back so the meeting could take place. Everything was flowing perfectly fine, and I felt ready to my session, I had all my 15 questions ready and so it begins.
The session started with an interview/chat about my life, family, childhood, etc and it was great to start in such a nice way as when you open, you feel more tranquile and at peace. Having Alex know my background and some of the reasons to do the session felt right (you don’t need a specific reason to do it)
The actual hypnosis session started a couple of hours after he arrived first, we found the right setting in the room, we were all comfortable and ready. It will be easier than you think and you must let your imagination speak and not allow your mind to interfere for it to be better. Hence the reason the first part of the session helps with that. It went fantastic, and I feel more wholesome and have found answers (which you may already know but allowing your Higher Self to guide you makes everything seem right and purposeful).
The last bit of the meeting is to get back into yourself, discuss and reflect. Alex will listen to all your comments and thoughts, and will answer every question you may ask. He is truly a wise man and you can tell his wisdom is there to help others. You will feel at peace and leave with the feeling that you did the right thing.
A week has passed since then and I feel more connected to myself, full of energy and wanting to conquer the world. I’m starting to work on personal and professional projects that I wanted answers to.

My first experience with my higherself
About two hours, after the seasion. I was meditation with the theta meditation system. Suddenly I was completely filled with a brilliant light.
And for the very first time, my higher self, appeared; and told me, that I was so much more, than my eyes could see.
And that, I was a being of divine light, sent back to earth, to learn to love everybody and everything in the universe. How do I do that? I asked.
Then, I felt my body been embraced in an unexplainable feeling of pure love. Which I understood, to mean, that I must learn to love myself, first, including what I considered to be my flaws and imperfections.
