I wrote this book because after hundreds of sessions I kept seeing the same strange things appear through people who did not know each other.
They entered deep trance and found other lives. They met guides and beings of Light. They described life between lives, other dimensions, spiritual agreements, old trauma, attached spirits, healing work, and direct conversations with Higher Self.
The details changed from person to person. The larger picture kept repeating.
I wanted to preserve those stories instead of turning them into another book of spiritual theory.

Why does a relationship feel ancient from the first meeting?
Why can a person know exactly what they should do and still feel unable to do it?
Why do people who have never met sometimes describe the same larger spiritual structure?
Those are the questions behind the book.
WE ARE SOUL, NOT PEOPLE WHO “HAVE A SOUL”
One of the strongest themes in my work is that the human identity is temporary.
You are soul in a human body. This life is one experience of a much larger being. Higher Self, or Total Soul, sees more than the personality living one lifetime can see.
The sessions in the book repeatedly return to this larger view: why we come here, what we are trying to learn, how relationships and difficulties can serve growth, and how much more is happening around a human life than the conscious mind normally notices.
THIS IS NOT A BOOK OF ABSTRACT SPIRITUALITY
I prefer cases to slogans.
When somebody sees something unexpected in trance, I want the reader to be there with them. What did they see? What did Higher Self say? What was the problem before? What was done in the session? What changed?
