I’m Alex Martin Bee – a holistic hypnotherapist, spiritual guide and author of Healing Soul Journeys. I was born in Poland in 1976 and started exploring consciousness and the hidden powers of the mind at 16.
For over 25 years I’ve been working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, spiritually sensitive, or under strange “invisible” pressure – helping them clear the root causes behind emotional, spiritual and sometimes physical struggles.
Over the years I’ve trained in and practised many approaches, including:
