After the Session

Once you leave your session, it is recommended that you get something to eat and continue to ground yourself, such as simply going out in nature. Walking barefoot in the grass is a good example of how to continue to ground yourself.  It is advised that you do NOT go to sleep immediately after the session, or you will probably sleep around the clock because you are still processing.  Go to bed at your normal bedtime. 

Instead of trying to understand the session with your mind, try to be in the feeling space you felt during the session. Be in the heart space and don’t try to analyse the session. Contemplate, meditate, be calm…

Trying to understand logically will only end up in confusion.

Since you will not remember all the parts of the hypnosis portion of the session, it was digitally recorded and you will be given a copy of the recording.  

I will send you your recording of the session to your email. Be on a lookout for this email in your incoming folders.

Please watch the session with calm mind and in meditative or reflective state without disturbances. Turn off your phone. In this way you will connect with your Higher Self when watching and bring even more downloads.

Listening even months after the session, especially the part when the Higher Self comes through, can be critical for your continued healing. Each time you listen, it can trigger something new in you.

I suggest have notebook ready while listening or watching your session. There will be a lot of information, insights and ideas which can improve your life, if you will follow them. Write down actionable steps to take. While writing, new downloads can come. For example:

  • Drink more water daily
  • Go to the nature at least …. in a week
  • Open up and talk with people in your work…
  • etc…

If during session we removed attached spirits or lifted a curse

On the same day after the session you may feel confused, disoriented, have blurry vision, have low energy. This is perfectly normal, because these foreign energies were so long attached to you and we removed these energy parasites, so your energy body must readjust. Next day you will feel stronger and more fully in control than ever before. You need to rest after the session and take it easy.

Try to maintain high vibrations

  As you did before the session, you can continue with your practices to keep your vibration high, so your connection with the Higher Self will grow and expand.

The communication pathway to your Higher Self stays open for approximately 3 days/nights after the session, and more information may come in. This is the optimal time for obtaining additional information. During this window, you may have interesting dreams, and may receive additional information. You can ask questions before bed and the first thing that pops into your mind is the answer.  Be careful not to allow doubts to creep in after your session and undermine the work that was done. Continue to listen to your recording and trust in your Higher Self.

The mind is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master and guide.

Hypnosis creates a natural interactive hemispheric brain state that creates a harmonious flow between your left and right hemispheres and this switches on your own self-healing internal forces in the effort to bring your health and well being back into equilibrium. This relaxed feeling will continue for a number of days you and will sleep deeply and restfully the night after your session, and may even have very vivid dreams. It is very helpful to keep a journal if you don’t already do so.


Your mind will try to sabotage your session

Your mind will try to sabotage your session by telling you that you ‘imagined’ or ‘made up ‘ the information during the session. But the subtle material/spiritual information is coming to us by the bridge of imagination. Imagination is a sense of non-material information. Professional psychics and remote viewers regularly working with police are using a bridge of imagination to get extrasensory information just like you did during the session with great success.

It all begins in your mind. What you give power to has power over you. Work on mastering your mind. Don’t allow it to play tricks on you.


Do you remember situations when you had a bad feeling about some person you met and then your mind convinced you to trust him or her only to find that this person was really negative? The same thing is happening here… Your mind is by design doubting and opposing intuition/Higher Self. This property of the human mind is a great challenge for us.

Doubt your doubt. Investigate the doubts your mind is telling you with your intelligence and intuition.

Instead use the following days to see how this connects to the reasons you sought out this direct communication with your own subconscious. Whether the information revealed was an analogy, metaphor, symbolic, or a subliminal ‘reality’, stay open-minded and allow the insights to continue downloading and you will see how the ‘dots’ connect with your life as you were experiencing it.


Give yourself the time and space to reflect or ‘process’, and also ‘observe the processing’ taking place as your energetic clearing, healing, and detox will be ongoing for a number of days. You have had an experience of intercommunication with other aspects of your consciousness, and this inner ‘dialogue’ will continue and be ongoing. The quantum effects taking place during the session will restore or initiate new neural patterns within your brain, so expect to have more intuitive spontaneous thoughts and ‘knowing’.


Drinking lots of water is highly recommended to rid the body and flush the system of the many toxins released through this deep energy and self-healing work. The benefits of water as a cleansing aid can be utilized even more when you shower with the intent of deeply cleansing your subtle energy bodies or using a handful of salt in your bathwater. Spend a moment each day in gratitude for the physical healing. or consciousness shift that has taken place, and include in this the appreciation for your body’s ability to heal itself.


Gratitude moves you into your heart which supports the healing process in the very best ways. You will receive the most benefit if your participation is coupled with your intention to heal. The overall best results will be if you follow the guidance that you yourself have provided throughout the session, through direct communication with your own subconscious and higher self.


When watching or listening to the recording of your session, I suggest you write notes, because there is a lot of valuable information for you.


Using the metaphor from Matrix: You still have free will and you can choose between:

  1. Following your mind (taking a blue pill) and keeping things as they are or
  2. Following your Higher Self and expanding into greater reality and your full potential (red pill).
