One of issues of my friend was feeling stuck and trapped in her life. She could not understand where it came from.
During Quantum Clarity Hypnotherapy my friend started to experience feeling trapped. I asked her to go to the origin of this feeling and she moved in her memory to a moment of birth many hundreds of years ago. She was stuck in the birth canal and could not do anything about it. It was extremely claustrophobic and disturbing. After some time she noticed she left the body and the body was blue. Intense sadness overcame her and she started crying and releasing these trapped emotions.
Later when she channeled her Higher Self, they said that this release today freed her from this memory and energy in her system and she will not have it anymore. It will be easy for her to move and try new things in life.
