Causes of Soul Fragmentation

According to my patients’ reports, different types of traumas, usually of a physical, emotional, sexual, or spiritual nature, can cause a soul to fragment. The trauma can be mild or severe. The more intense the trauma, the more dramatic the shattering and splitting of the soul.

Physical Trauma

Physical trauma can be due to physical injury, surgery, or physical abuse.

Lee, under hypnosis, found five fragmented soul parts of himself who were all twenty years old. They fragmented from his back when he had a car accident at the age of twenty. He had constant back pain, which improved immediately after we integrated those soul parts that belonged to his back.

Guy, under hypnosis, found fragmented soul parts of himself who looked like him at age six months and at age two years. Both parts fragmented when his mom was bathing him with very hot water.

Gary was physically abused by his alcoholic mother when he was young. Under hypnosis, he found many fragmented soul parts (the little Garys) inside him. They all claimed to fragment from the main body of Gary’s soul during the physical abuse. They were all scared of the mother. Some were hiding and did not want to be found. All were cleansed, healed, and integrated with the main body of Gary’s soul after the resolution of their traumas.

Emotional Trauma

Emotional traumas such as mental abuse, rejection, sadness, fear, or grief can cause soul fragmentation. Sometimes it may not be a trauma, but an overabundance of positive emotions, such as joy and happiness. Strange as it may seem, a soul part may leave a soul that contains an overabundance of positive emotions.

Tina, under hypnosis, found a soul part of her mother that fragmented when Tina fell and broke a leg bone at the age of six. Her mother felt guilty that perhaps she was not careful and attentive toward her. A part of her mother’s soul fragmented, out of guilt, and went to Tina to help her.

Tracy, under hypnosis, found a soul part inside her that fragmented at the age of fifteen, when she was still grieving over her father’s death. She did not get a chance to say goodbye to him. Even twenty years after her father’s death, she could not talk about him without becoming emotional and crying. We cleansed, healed, and integrated that part of her soul, after the resolution of the trauma. After that, Tracy felt in peace.

JoAnn found a fragmented part of her soul inside who looked like her at the age of eight. Her family was going to move to another city and she did not want to move and consequently was anxious and sad about it. This anxiety caused the fragmentation of her soul part.

When the soul is splintered or fragmented, it is weakened and open to intrusions by negative energy. The first step in the healing process is bringing the soul splinters back into the main soul to strengthen it and make the recovery faster. It requires psychotherapy and sometimes spiritual work on the splinter during the session, so it wants to integrate and end its suffering in the time loop.
